1-1 Mentorship For Yoga Teachers
Mentorship for Yoga Teachers
Teaching yoga carries a unique responsibility.
Most teacher trainings provide a foundation. They introduce philosophy, anatomy, sequencing, ethics, and practical teaching skills. Yet many teachers discover that once the training is complete, the real questions begin.
How do we continue deepening our own practice while supporting others?
How do we teach from direct experience rather than borrowed knowledge?
How do we navigate uncertainty, difficult student situations, questions around philosophy, or the inevitable challenges that arise when holding space for others?
For much of yoga's history, learning unfolded within an ongoing relationship between teacher and student. Practice was refined through guidance, conversation, observation, self-study, and time. Understanding matured gradually rather than being measured solely by completed training hours.
This mentorship is an opportunity to continue that process.
Together we explore the realities of teaching, personal practice, sadhana, yoga philosophy, self-inquiry, ethics, class leadership, and the integration of teachings into everyday life. It is a space to bring questions, challenges, insights, and areas where you may feel uncertain or stuck.
The intention is not to mould you into a particular type of teacher.
Quite the opposite.
The work is about helping you discover and trust your own authentic voice while remaining rooted in sincere practice.
Some teachers come seeking support around confidence and teaching. Others want accountability for their personal practice. Some wish to deepen their understanding of philosophy and inquiry. Others are navigating the complexities of holding space for students while remaining grounded in their own lives.
Whatever brings you here, mentorship offers a place where the teacher can continue to be supported.
Because great teachers are not created through information alone.
They are cultivated through practice, reflection, guidance, humility, and a willingness to remain a student.
